In order to ensure American Transportation Solutions (ATS) maintains the highest levels of professional services and safety there is Gratuity for driver(s) and general guidelines/rules that must be adhered to. The following activities and/or items are not allowed inside of any vehicles: under age alcohol consumption, illegal drugs, any and all criminal activity, pornographic material or acts, and disrespectful or discourteous behavior. If further clarification is required please contact us. ATS puts your safety first.

All vehicles owned and/or operated by ATS are designated as non-smoking. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and checked for damage prior to each engagement.
If, during or after services are rendered, the Service Provider is required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and materials cleaning the Equipment properly due to acts of the Passengers, The Company, at its option, may require additional cost to cover each additional time and material.
Any time past the arranged drop-off time will be an additional charge in 30 minute increments.
Client agrees that the ATS shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to any type of traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the charter bus and motor coach service during normal driving conditions.
ATS is not liable for items left in any vehicle. Cancellations require two weeks advance notice, all monies become non-refundable 2 weeks prior to contract start date. Client shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this trip is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an Act of God event that renders performance of this trip impracticable, illegal or impossible. A full refund of monies will be issued.$250 cash food and beverage deposit to be given to the driver on day of trip. This deposit is 100% refundable, barring no excessive cleaning.
Driver will be furnished a copy of the work order and itinerary, and he/she will be instructed to strictly follow it. The driver has no authority to make changes to the trip schedule without prior approval from carrier and contracted client. If agreed upon, client shall be responsible for all additional hourly charges plus any additional fees that may be incurred. Additional charges will be charged or invoiced on the day immediately following the charters completion. All Itineraries are subject to review and approval by carrier prior to departure. The Department of Transportation prohibits drivers to be on duty for more than 15 hours per day, 10 of which are driving hours. The driver must be given 8 consecutive hours off duty before returning to “on duty”.
Client is responsible for all tolls, parking, park entrance fees, driver lodging and/or attractions. Groups are to provide each driver with a single, non smoking room (when applicable).
